So hello people! I dont usually do this, but in times like this we all just have to share our happiness! Manchester United won Arsenal by an aggregriate of 4-1.
So Imma give some reviews on what happened.
1st half:
Everything started ok with both teams, just like another Premier League game.
8th minute: However, 8 minutes into the game, Arsenal's youngster, Gibbs, slipped accidentally inside his own penalty area and unfortunately for him, Man U's Park Ji Sung received the crossed ball from Cristiano Ronaldo and then slotted it home for an extra lead.
Score: 1-0 Agg: 2-0 (Arsenal would have to score thrice to win).
11th minute: One would thought that it couldnt get any worse for Arsenal fans, but in the 11th minute it actually did. Cristiano Ronaldo, took a free kick from a 30 yard distance and scores! A magnificent shot!
Score: 2-0 Agg: 3-0 (4 goals for Arsenal now).
20th minute:
The match has gone slightly pale now after those three or four minutes of absorbing action. The Arsenal supporters have gone quiet now rather from the really loud crowd at the beginning. It appears that all hopes of a comeback have evaporated.
32nd minute: Ronaldo takes a free-kick from a really long distance and hits it straight at Almunia. At least, this time the Arsenal custodian was in the right position.
2nd Half:
45 min: A substitution for Arsenal. <Kieran Gibbs >Emmanuel Eboue
46 min: The second half has just started. It seems that the security at the Emirates have been alerted at one area of the stands. Police dogs are sniffing for suspicious substances as the spectators have been cleared from a specific section in that area.
54th minute:
That problem we spoke about a few minutes earlier about security has been resolved. The spectators are now back in their seats but they wouldn't be too pleased to see the scoreline. It still reads 2-0 in favour of Manchester United.
60th minute:
Ronaldo scores!! A counter-attack in the twinkle of an eye sees Ronaldo flick the ball to Park inside his own half who then carves out a long ground pass to Rooney on the left who cross sees Ronaldo stroll the ball past Almunia. Ronaldo has now scored his second goal of the match.
Score:3-0 Agg:4-0
63rd - 66th Minute: Substitutions.

RED CARD to Darren Fletcher. Darren Fletcher has been shown a direct red with just 15 minutes of the match remaining. He commits a foul on Cesc Fabregas. It was more of a yellow card, even the commentator said so, but I suppose the referree wants to make it seem even as throughout the whole match, Man U has been winning alot of freekicks and fouls and doesnt want people to think he's been bribed and making it a 1-sided game.
76th Minute: A goal from a penalty taken from Arsenal's, Robin Van Persie. Robin van Persie has reduced the deficit as he made no mistake from the penalty. It is now 3-1.
Score: 3-1 Agg: 4-1
79th minute: Substitutions.

84th minute: Arsenal are coming out now and are creating some good chances but they had lost the match and the tie in those three minutes in the first-half.

90th minute/Full time:
It's all over here at the Emirates. Manchester United have deservedly won the match 3-1 to sail through to the final of the UEFA Champions League. Hello Rome!
